Picnic leftovers, and I don’t mean the potato salad

Hope you had a lovely mid week break with the family and friends like we did at Chez Lemondrop.  We’ve been so busy in fact that I have neglected posting here… but that doesn’t mean that looking for a the next vintage find hasn’t been happening. In fact, I am plotting a trip today. This week was all about red, white, and blue- none of which I have in abundance in my closet. This vintage maxi dress makes up for two dresses with its bold print and looong skirt, don’t you agree? I look like I took the picnic blanket with me after watching those fireworks and upcycled it. Gingham has always been my happy go to print, and there is loads of it in vintage clothing on etsy if you are as inclined as I am! Happy start of weekend, friends, off to thrift.

The print on your dress is ADORABLE. I have never donned a maxi dress, but if I had to, I’d wear one with a print this vibrant ;) So gorgeous on you!
