Church lady

Yesterday was my kind of Sunday. Quiet church service (I guess everyone was out of town), brunch with blood orange mimosas, and a walk about before it was too hot. Then? The best part. Naps all around.  There’s something about attending church that makes me don a cardi over a sundress. I just can’t go with bare shoulders. I am so old fashioned, except when it comes to tattoos. And wearing hose. And… nevermind. I hope your weekend was relaxing too! I am hosting lots of lovely giveaways this month, have you entered? I can’t stand waiting to see who wins!

    I completely get it with the covered shoulders at church thing. I don't go anymore myself, but when I did it felt odd not to have my arms or legs sufficiently covered. Like when you visit the Sacre Coeur basilica in Paris you are not allowed in if your skirt/shorts/t shirt/ is too short. Which I think is absolutely fair enough.You look lovely here, that green really makes your eyes pop!
